St. Michael's Catholic School - phone book recycling drive
In March & April, Fisher Recycling - Grand Strand donated the use of our 64 gallon rolling carts for the St. Michael's school to collect phone books for the annual HTC phone book recycling drive. Their collection yielded over 11,000 phone books.
Reduce, Reuse & Recycle - Presentations & Education at Waccamaw Elementary School in Pawleys Island
Elementary School students at Waccamaw Elementary School learned all about what we can do to make a difference in our communities by reducing our waste, reusing materials and recycling through joint education efforts with Fisher Recycling - Grand Strand and Kristin Brown, the founder of MyECObag and EPA consultant. Fisher Recycling - Grand Strand recycles at 2010 Murrells Inlet Spring Tide
Fisher Recycling Grand Strand was proud to assist with the Spring Tide clean up in Murrells Inlet at Morse Park & Hot Fish Club on Sunday, April 18. We recycled over 800 pounds of material: glass, plastic, aluminum and cardboard!
